Simonswerk TE540 3D Concealed Hinge - 120kgs
The Tectus TE540 3D hinge suits doors up to 120kgs based on two hinges per door leaf size 2000mm high x 1000mm wide with a minimum door thickness of 40mm. Suitable for timber, steel or aluminium frames with 3 dimensional adjustment (+/-3mm side and height and +/-1.5mm compression). 180 degree opening angle.
There are two versions available for selection - Non-fire rated and fire rated to suit FD30 fire doors (with integrated intumescent kit where three hinges must be fitted) which can be selected via the drop down.
Supplied with fixings.

The squeegee I will give a rating of 5.
I am not happy with the sucker it came with where the squeegee hangs off as it doesn't suck onto tiles and it just falls off.

Very expensive hand rail brackets…BUT the quality is stunning. Hard choice at the time of ordering re cost but couldn’t find anything I liked more. Had to wait a while for delivery as they are from the other side of the world (literally) but they are totally worth it. Couldn’t be more pleased as they’ve finished our stairs off perfectly.
