Anselmi AN170 3D Concealed Hinge - 60kg
The Simonswerk Anselmi AN170 3D hinge, for unrebated residential doors suits doors up to 60kgs based on two hinges per door leaf size 2100mm high x 900mm wide with a minimum door thickness of 30mm. Suitable for timber or aluminium frames with 3 dimensional adjustment (+/-1.5mm side and +/-2.5mm height and +/-1.0mm compression). 180 degree opening angle with 21mm reduced hinge frame part.
This is a non-fire rated and therefore not suitable for fire doors.
Supplied with fixings.

The squeegee I will give a rating of 5.
I am not happy with the sucker it came with where the squeegee hangs off as it doesn't suck onto tiles and it just falls off.

Very expensive hand rail brackets…BUT the quality is stunning. Hard choice at the time of ordering re cost but couldn’t find anything I liked more. Had to wait a while for delivery as they are from the other side of the world (literally) but they are totally worth it. Couldn’t be more pleased as they’ve finished our stairs off perfectly.
