Simonswerk 1250 - 100x75mm Double Phosphor Bronze Washered Hinge
A single refinished solid brass double phosphor bronze Washered hinge with square corners to suit maximum door weight 40kgs (when using three hinges), Grade 7, suitable for use on fire doors and commercial buildings, tested and conforming to BSEN 1935:2002 CE Marked, supplied with matching finished screws. Maintenance free with 10 year performance guarantee.
Available as either fire rated up to 30min (CE marked) or non-fire rated.
Please note that these are sold singly and supplied with matching finished screws - Specify countersunk Slotted or Pozidrive screws in "add order note" in basket.

The squeegee I will give a rating of 5.
I am not happy with the sucker it came with where the squeegee hangs off as it doesn't suck onto tiles and it just falls off.

Very expensive hand rail brackets…BUT the quality is stunning. Hard choice at the time of ordering re cost but couldn’t find anything I liked more. Had to wait a while for delivery as they are from the other side of the world (literally) but they are totally worth it. Couldn’t be more pleased as they’ve finished our stairs off perfectly.
