Zoo Hardware European DIN Square Cylinder Sashlock
Heavy duty European mortice strongly sprung euro profile cylinder sash lock case with grade 304 satin stainless steel 22mm wide square forend and anti-rattle striking plate (with black boxed keeps), with stainless steel latch and deadbolt; is suitable for domestic and commercial projects.
The cylinder sashlock has a backset (distance from edge of door to handle/cylinder) of either 55 or 60mm both with 20mm double throw (two cylinder turns) deadbolt and is suitable for un-sprung lever handles and euro-profile cylinders.
The distance between the centre of the lever handle and cylinder is 72mm which aesthetically when viewed on a door is less cramped than conventional UK locks. This lock also has a "grip-tight" follower that eliminates the wobble that can be felt when operating the lever handles with other makers locks.
This sashlock is CE Marked and conforms to European standard EN12209:2003 Classification 3X810G2BC20 and conforms to the dimensional characteristics of DIN 18251and comes with a 5 year guarantee.
Certifire approved (CF850) for use on 30 and 60 minute fire rated doors, when used in conjunction with the correct intumescent pack.
Also available is an extended strike plate with 25mm tongue (15mm standard) to work with thicker doors.
