Simonswerk Tectus TE640 3D Concealed Hinge - 200kgs
A single Simonswerk Tectus TE640 3D concealed hinge suits doors up to 200kgs based on two hinges per door leaf size 2000mm high x 1000mm wide with a minimum door thickness of 40mm. Suitable for timber, steel or aluminium frames with 3 dimensional adjustment (+/-3mm side and height and +/-1.5mm compression). 180 degree opening angle.
There are two versions available for selection - Non-fire rated and fire rated to suit FD30 fire doors (with integrated intumescent kit where three hinges must be fitted) which can be selected via the drop down.
Also available are two brackets that allow you to use this hinge in conjunction with applied cladding which can be found here to suit either 16mm or 20mm thickness.
