JNF IN.05.204.HO.BH4UP4 Edge Double action 100kgs hydraulic pivot set - Hold Open

The JNF satin grade 304 stainless steel hold open fixed power Size 3, to EN 1154, smooth CAM action, DDA compliant, hydraulic door pivot set is suitable for doors weighing up to 100kgs/1000mm wide and with a minimum 40mm/maximum 50mm thickness.

The minimum position for the top and bottom pivot is 80mm from the door edge and based on the door thickness the gap between the frame and door is 5mm (40mm thickness) or 6mm (50mm thickness).

The stainless steel or PVD finished covered BH4 80 x 35mm bottom plate is suitable for concrete and timber floors, as well as metal profile frames, with door adjustment +/- 3mm and also 4 degrees which enables the door to go tight to the ceiling noting that there will be a 6mm top and 11.5mm bottom gap.

The pivot can be held open at 90 degrees and also rotate through 150 degrees with with both closing speed and soft closing (last 10 degrees) adjustment made at the door edge.

The JNF Dualmag Pro magnet with 52kgs holding force can be used in order to assist in keeping the door closed at 0 degrees in case of high pressure variations.  

This version has not been tested for use on fire doors.
