JNF IN.05.211.HO Double Action 60kgs Hydraulic Timber Door Offset Pivot Set

The JNF satin grade 304 stainless steel hold open fixed power Size 2, to EN 1154, smooth CAM action DDA compliant hydraulic offset pivot set which is suitable for timber doors weighing up to 60kgs/1000mm wide with a minimum 30mm/maximum 50mm thickness.

This pivot suits installations where the measurement from the door edge is a minimum of 70mm and maximum 200mm and is supplied with top frame pivot and 25mm deep frame support.

The stainless steel covered bottom plate is suitable for concrete floors with door adjustment +/- 3mm and also 4 degrees which enables the door to go tight to the ceiling noting that there will be a 7mm top and 12.5mm bottom gap.

The pivot can be held open at 90 degrees and also rotate through 150 degrees with with both closing speed and soft closing (last 10 degrees) adjustment made at the door edge.
