JNF IN.05.216.HO Double action 500kgs CAM hydraulic timber door pivot set - Hold Open
The JNF satin grade 304 stainless steel hold open single or double action power adjustable Size 3-5, to EN 1154, smooth CAM action DDA Compliant hydraulic pivot set which is suitable for timber doors weighing from 100 to 500kgs/3000mm wide/4000mm high and with a minimum 50mm door thickness.
The minimum position for the top (with wiring cable pass through channel) and bottom pivot is 40mm from the door edge although it can be positioned anywhere towards the centre line of the door (see diagram shown above).
The stainless steel covered bottom plate is suitable for concrete floors with door adjustment +/- 3mm and also 4 degrees which enables the door to go tight to the ceiling noting that there will be a 6mm top and 14mm bottom gap.
The pivot can rotate through 120 degrees in both directions with hold open at 90 degrees in either direction with both closing speed (between 110-15 degrees) and soft closing (last 15 degrees) adjustment made at the door edge.
The JNF Dualmag Pro magnet with 52kgs holding force can be used in order to assist in keeping the door closed at 0 degrees in case of high pressure variations.
