The BBWCQ50 is a concealed fixing turn and release set including indicator with 5/6/7/8mm spindle bar to suit doors 45mm thickness.
This WC set does not include the WC deadbolt that goes in your door which can be purchased here or bathlock when used in conjunction with lever handles here.
