An efficient, durable and stylish adjustable power rack and pinion overhead door closer. Suitable for most applications particularly those with constant use where a backcheck (breaking action) is required.  Supplied with an architectural quality slimline semi-radius cover with matching finish arm as standard and supplied with additional parallel arm bracket to allow you to mount the closer on push side of your door . 

This closer has adjustable power, backcheck, delayed action and adjustments for latching and closing speed. Spring strength is adjustable by spring once fixed on a door from size 2-5 for doors up to 1250mm wide/100kgs weight.

This closer has been included in a successful fire test to EN1634-120min , CE Marked and Certifire Approved Certificate Number CF689, meets ADM/BS8300 opening force requirements on doors 796mm and above.
